ProFog and Desert Steel team up to add interest to ABC's "Hit Reality Show"

It's Gilbert, Arizona (a Phoenix suburb). It's raining (in Arizona?). It's ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

The Emmy nominated show, crew, designers and host, Ty Pennington made their way into the "Valley of the Sun" for one of the series most ambitious projects ever. For those unfamiliar, each week the team selects a deserving and unsuspecting family to surprise with a home makeover that will impact if not radically change the family's lives.

The local project included the demolition of the old structure and the construction of a fully landscaped 2 story southwestern style home in just 7 days!

Yes, Ty is here

A truly heartwarming episode where an 8 year old girl battling cancer made a request to the show to paint/spruce up the children's ward of a regional hospital. Well the rest, as they say, is history. The show takes over from here granting a lot more than her wish.

You can learn more about the show and the situation the family was facing by checking out the shows home page, Here

Now here's where we come in. The desert heat can be quite oppressive at times. ProFog provided a misting system to help  keep things cool and comfortable for the family.

No ordinary mist system. ProFog teamed with Desert Steel of Wichita, KS to create a unique functional misting cactus sculpture. Desert Steel specializes in lifelike steel recreations of native desert cactus. A perfect addition to a misting system in the middle of where else, the desert valley of Metro Phoenix.
